When you log in to Blog Reader, you are providing us with your email, first name and last name. This data is stored against your user account. We will not share your user account details with anyone without your explicit consent, with the exception of when you make a payment, in which case we send your details to Stripe as payment metadata, so that we can keep track of your payment.
We use Google Analytics to track user page views. This data is anonymized.
We use Mixpanel to track important user events, such as clicking on buttons.
We use Inspectlet to record user sessions - which means there may be a short video of your tab showing what you click on. This recording is just for this website - it doesn't record your browsing on other websites.
All of this tracking and recording is done with the purpose of improving the user experience of the website. We will not share you page views, clicks, or any other analytics data we collect with third parties.
Your personal podcast and your audio readings are both publicly accessible - anyone with the link can access them. So if you want to keep them private, then you need to be careful about who you share the links with. If you want to "unshare" your podcast, then contact us and we can generate you a new link.
We do not store, receive or handle your credit card details. When you pay with Stripe, then your card details go directly to them, without passing through our servers. We save a token provided to use by Stripe in order to charge you in the future if you make further payments. We will not share these tokens, or your card details with anyone but Stripe.
